Blurb from Goodreads:
The noise between Patch and Nora is gone. They've overcome the secrets riddled in Patch's dark past...bridged two irreconcilable worlds...faced heart-wrenching tests of betrayal, loyalty and trust...and all for a love that will transcend the boundary between heaven and earth. Armed with nothing but their absolute faith in one another, Patch and Nora enter a desperate fight to stop a villain who holds the power to shatter everything they've worked for—and their love—forever.

My Review:

To tell the truth, I'm kinda lazy to write a review for Silence because it wasn't that exciting. It was pretty mediocre and more of a Nora's-Journey-of-Memories-Discovery-and-Preparation book. Although many reviews wrote that the memories and recaps were exhausting, I found them to be the opposite.

It has been awhile since I've read Hush, Hush and Crescendo, thus, certain events and details have blurred from my memories. Therefore, I actually found the recaps of those events refreshing. But I have to agree that there was simply not enough of Patch in Silence. The pages dulled a tad when he wasn't in it.

Overall, it was a 3.5 stars for me. Not much action and plot going on. I think this is due to the fact of Book 4 being announced at the last minute. The pace of the story was dragged a bit but I wasn't disappointed or let down about Silence.

  1. I felt the same way about Silence. It was good and worth reading, but Crescendo was way better!

    1. Crescendo was good but painful. And I was so glad when Patch finally said "I love you" to Nora. It was way time for it to be said...

  2. Silence is not my favourite in the serie, I can't wait to read the final one.
I have to say that all the thing of her losing her memory didn't like me, but after all it's a good book...

    1. I was pretty excited for it and it was my favourite cover among the three but the story turned out "meh".

  3. It is getting boring to always agree on books dont you think? I think one of the main reasons the 3rd book in the series was slow is because the 4rd and final book in the series come up in the last minute. This is not an excuse but still!

My big dissapointed with the book beside the fact we had zero action and zero romance not untill the end it was Patch.

    1. Yup. It was basically all about Nora. I literally wept for joy whenever Patch was mentioned. It was boring without him.
